Pricing is determined by the nature of the works and the overall project scope. Palin Project Management charge a flat rate fee, which is provided upfront, so that our clients know exactly what our costs are prior to engagement. We do not view our service fee as an "additional cost" to your project, our value lies in the ability to save our clients in upfront costs through our rigorous tender process and negotiating avenues. Our aim is to save our clients money by refining the project in the early stages and draw on competent, trusted contractors to undertake the work.
